We are proud to support the Sunshine Coast Council with their Crafting a Circular Economy - Conversation series. Please find event description below:
Has there ever been a better time to challenge how we do things?
Are you wanting to expand your knowledge and work towards practicing more sustainable habits, most especially in your work environment?
Be part of the conversation and join the change-makers crafting a circular economy approach to business. We are in the middle of a sustainability reset and challenging the notion of ‘business as usual’.
The Circular Conversation series stars serial collaborators who believe in reducing waste, increasing efficiencies and creating exceptional products and services to continue to find improved and new ways of doing things.
Our series starts at Malt Shovel Taphouse, with Michelle Christoe from the soon to be opened Sunshine Coast NightQuarter, the Coast’s emerging premier Food, Music and Entertainment venues. Michelle is a passionate advocate of a circular economy. Michelle will be joined by Yasmin, CEO of The World’s Biggest Garage Sale and champion of Brisbane’s circular economy network, to share her jugganaut of a journey from the corporate world to serial circular start up success.
Hosted by a man who never accepts the status quo, Todd Widdicombe. This series aims not just to share stories, but to stimulate ideas, make connections and create opportunities for the Sunshine Coast to accelerate a local circular economy.
Let’s create less waste, better business outcomes, improve efficiencies, and collaborate more!
These conversations are going to be open, interactive, and powerful. We can’t wait to have you join in!
You could also be a lucky winner of some fantastic giveaways that night by sharing this event on your own page, using the hashtag #circularshiftsc and sharing your story of how you're currently working towards creating a circular economy within your business, or an idea you have to get started!
