Clients.

Just some of the amazing organisations that welcomed us into their world.

With a strong market position for being experts in their field, and with professionalism as a core brand value, it is an absolute pleasure to work with Archers and Smart Strata to deliver their message to market in a powerful and succinct way. We work with Archers/Smart Strata across several service offerings. This relationship started in early 2020 with the advent of COVID-19. Each year Archers/Smart Strata deliver educational seminars to Body Corporate Committee members across Queensland. COVID-19 obviously stopped these face to face seminars so they turned to us to ensure they could still support their existing and prospective clients in a time of great uncertainty and need. We worked side by side with the team across marketing and promotion (both traditional and social), script development and production, to follow-up and sponsor coordination to deliver an educational seminar in June 2020.

“Min and her team are wonderful to work with, they produced a fantastic webinar for Archers, the Strata Professional and Smart Strata that resonated with our clients. Thank you”

BOQ Charity Golf Day 2014_007.jpg

Since 2009 we have worked with BOQ Maroochydore to deliver their world class events including nine Celebrity Charity Golf Days, Team Conferences, the coveted Half Time Wrap luncheon for 400+ locals and other smaller Branch celebrations. BOQ Maroochydore are amazing community contributors raising significant funds for children’s charities on the Sunshine Coast over many years. Working alongside Debbie Battaglini-Clarke and Robert ‘Dipper’ DiPierdomenico (of Hawthorn AFL fame) the BOQ Maroochydore Celebrity Charity Golf Day is a sell out each and every year and a much sought-after annual event. In 2019 we took the event to new heights as Owner Manager Nicholas Barker made a grand entrance to the golf course via parachute before hosting the 9th Annual BOQ Maroochydore Celebrity Charity Golf Day.

After many years of working with TBTC through their generous sponsorship of community events and White House representing the charity in delivering value to TBTC, in March 2020 (in the first week of COVID-19 shutdown), TBTC/ENTAG were the first supporters of our pivot to e-vents (online events). Together we converted their Microsoft seminars to powerful webinars with a target to continue to attract new business in an uncertain market and with care and a genuine desire to save their large local organisation from decline. From creating an innovative and personalised invitation process that ensured targeted invitees registered, through to the script writing and interviewing of the expert ENTAG team, we stood side by side to deliver sales seminars that delivered results. Following from these e-vents, we very much enjoyed working with ENTAG to deliver other projects and in-person events.

“Highly recommend Min and team at White House your professionalism and end to end management of the event delivered a fantastic result thank you!”

One of our favourite things to do is connect businesspeople and KCC is one of our favourite places to do so. Since October 2018, we have supported the KCC Executive Committee in managing the entire behind the scenes of the Chamber. From event management, social media, marketing, newsletters, sponsorship, bookkeeping, member services, strategy development, committee support, administration, you name it … we do it! Known as the ‘fun chamber’ it is our absolute pleasure to create on-brand and customised strategies. In 2020, we pivoted KCC rapidly and held their first online e-vent, Kawana e-Konnect, within a week of COVID-19 shutdown. We continued to work with H2H Studios to produce and host fortnightly sessions to keep KCC connected when we couldn’t be face to face. During 2020 we also implemented the transition to their B2B platform, Kawana Konnect, encouraging referrals and communication between members. We enjoy the trust of the KCC Executive and feel privileged to represent them.

In 2013 the aeromedical charity decided to outsource the management of their highly regarded Gala Fundraising event to us. Our task was to take the Gala to a new level and reduce the burden on their internal fundraising team, as well as support increased sponsorship targets and ticket sales. We have worked side by side with LifeFlight on the 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018 and 2020 Sunshine Coast events as well as 2015 and 2017 Toowoomba events. Some of our all-time favourite events we managed for the LifeFlight Foundation, assisting to raise in excess of three quarters of a million dollars. Having worked with some of the largest names in Australian entertainment, with themes from Moulin Rouge to Magical Vegas, our favourite memories of these events is sharing the stories of people who are only alive today due to the miraculous work undertaken by the action rescue helicopters.

After collaborating with the Kawana Chamber of Commerce and watching the White House team in action, MCC decided to engage our services to manage the complete portfolio of the Chamber in October 2019. Since this time, we have managed the administration, events, marketing, sponsorship, membership services and executive committee support for MCC. Taking our lead from the MCC Executive Committee, we have implemented new systems and processes and also rejuvenated their event structure and member benefits. We thoroughly enjoy working with MCC team and the wider Maroochy Business community and engendering enhanced connection through social channels and event formats. In 2020, through COVID-19, we ensured this connection remained through e-vents and online connectivity. It is an honour to be trusted by a community of professionals and keep the Maroochydore Chamber name well respected within the business community.

Priding themselves on their luxurious brand and superior quality motor vehicle, we are honoured that Mercedes-Benz Sunshine Coast (MBSC) entrusts the complete management of their events to us.

Each year we work with the team from MBSC to deliver the most extraordinary events. From exciting launch events, to delivering their annual Golf Tournament, to hosting 500+ customers at their Oktoberfest event, we thoroughly enjoy being a part of the MBSC team.

A definite highlight was transforming the basement carpark of MBSC into a surprise nightclub ready to launch the technologically advanced A Class. Guests were transported from a very traditional elegant affair above ground, to a hip hop underground performance and unveiling of these extraordinary motor vehicles.

Steps Grand Winter Ball 187.jpg

In 2011 the Steps Charity wished to introduce a Gala Ball to an already crowded Sunshine Coast event marketplace. Working together we decided that the only way we could do so was to make a strong statement and create the grandest and most expensive (at the time) Gala on the Sunshine Coast. And so, The STEPS Grand Winter Ball was born. White House managed and produced the inaugural ball in 2011 and then after a five-year period where the event did not take place, we were reunited again in 2016 and 2017. From James Bond Ice Palace theme to David Campbell’s New York ratpack, The STEPS Grand Winter Ball holds a special place in our hearts. Further to this we were also instrumental in the development of the STEPS Charity and the fundraising for the STEPS Pathway College, using our connections to position the STEPS Charity as a leader in the charity space.

The 25th Annual Sunshine Coast Business Awards was a special occasion and the first time that a venue could hold in excess of 800 guests on the Sunshine Coast. The desire was to promote and produce a sellout event and at the very least achieve a breakeven financial position. Working with the highly regarded SCBA Committee, we delivered a flawless event that delivered 36 Award Categories to Sunshine Coast Award winners. Creating entertainment that would engage an audience of that size with such a full RunSheet was critical to the success of the evening. Working with the consummate professional, Larry Emdur as MC, the resounding feedback was that we achieved this outcome. Our highlight from the night was hearing the local success stories and inducting Helimods into the Hall of Fame with a special surprise tribute. This event will long be held in our own Hall of Fame as it created so many special memories for our team also. Due to the great success of the event, we were very excited to be engaged again the following years.

“If you are looking for an exceptional events organiser and producer then look no further than Min and her team. Min is one of the most organised and talented people in this industry with an incredible eye for detail. She is professional and a true visionary who will go above and beyond to deliver on your brief. I would not use anyone else to deliver large scale events - especially when there are lots of components and moving parts. She managed the 25th anniversary of the Sunshine Coast Business Awards for 950 people and delivered what would have to be one of the best events I have ever attended. It was seamless from start to finish and Min oversaw every aspect of the event from briefing the MC (Larry Emdur) to creating the 40 page run sheet (it was an awards night with lots to get through), sourcing the entertainment, liaison with the AV people and venue and also managed the ticketing system and co-ordinating the seating. She also did an exceptional job liaising with all key stakeholders. It was a mammoth task and she absolutely nailed it!”

When Min returned to the Sunshine Coast in 2009 she has lost her school day connections and so joined the SCBWN as her first port of call. Many of her closest friendships and colleagues can be attributed to SCBWN. Min originally volunteered on the Events Committee with a key role in delivering the 2010, 2011, 2015 and 2016 Business Woman of the Year Awards and International Women’s Day events. In 2017, this role became official with SCBWN engaging White House to deliver their events and manage their back-office operations. The SCBWN Awards each year is still one of Min’s highlights of the year and together we enjoy working on way to surprise and delight the audience. In 2017, Min took on the role of SCBWN Judging Chair, which is a great honour. SCBWN has also enabled Min to live out a career highlight of interviewing childhood idol, actor Rebecca Gibney in front of 500+ guests for 2019 International Women’s Day event. We are delighted to work with the extremely professional SCBWN Executive Committee to deliver with excellence each and every time.
