And most importantly, we LOVE working together and consider ourselves family (we even hang out together socially).

Min Swan | Managing Director

Our wild Scorpio leader leaves no stone unturned in her pursuit to find ways to grow, connect and celebrate those around her.  Self-employed at 21 with a three year ‘sabbatical’ in corporate land at age 30, Min’s varied and wide-ranging background from financial services to strategic planning to event management, sees Min dedicate herself to projects with ferocity and focus, and with a keen eye for what differentiating factor is going to put her clients on the map.  

Able to disseminate complex information and structure events and strategies to communicate with intent, Min is behind many projects, initiatives and connections that make the Sunshine Coast an innovative and world class region to live in.  Few have escaped Min’s “here is a crazy idea” opening line, and most have survived to tell the tale of what comes next!  

Returning to the Sunshine Coast in 2010, Min was driven into the event world by her love for people and years of feeling like events missed the mark when engaging at a deep and unforgettable level with attendees. Spending 12 years in the financial sector means she is no stranger to wonderful experiences, having travelled the world attending conferences and events. Min’s most memorable trip was to Paris at the age of 24, attending a majestic black-tie gala dinner at the Palace of Versailles and a day-time conference in a retired Parisian circus tent! 

Min is the President of the Sunshine Coast Business Women’s Network and executive support and strategic planner for a variety of Chambers of Commerce and industry groups.  Her love for the Sunshine Coast knows no bounds.  

Some interesting facts about Min: She has two, young active kids, is a HUGE Richmond Tigers AFL fan (and has run onto the Gabba with her son), and her favourite food is anything cooked by someone else and especially if served in a fine dining restaurant. 

Annika Lee-Jones | Events Manager

Don’t let Annika’s quiet, calm exterior fool you, she is a forward thinking, highly organised machine who was obviously born to deliver marketing outcomes and seamless events with finesse. 

With a never ending to do list, a line-up of events to promote and manage, Annika is the consummate professional taking each day in her stride and providing peace of mind to both clients and the team that is everything is under control.    

 Juggling her full-time events and marketing career with a professional netball career, Annika is a former Sunshine Coast Lightning, West Coast Fever and the Celtic Dragons player and now the lead goal shooter for Sunshine Coast Thunder.   

When she isn't busy behind the keyboard or playing netball Annika is a proud fur mum to her Golden Retriever Houston. She is also as fierce in the kitchen as she is on court running her own cookie business on the side.    

Some interesting facts about Annika: To keep herself nice and creative Annika loves to sew, often sewing her own clothes.  Unable to choose just one favourite food, Annika’s top three are Sushi, peanut butter ad Japanese sweet potato.   

Ashlynn Gordon | Events & Marketing Coordinator

Introducing Ash, our exceptional Events & Marketing Coordinator who brings to the table a unique set of skills and experiences. With a diverse background, outstanding customer service skills, and a strong passion for creativity, Ash shines as a rising star in the event industry. Starting as an intern here at White House International in 2022 while completing her degree, Ash gained valuable experience in almost every type of event within a 3-month period. Her background in the fast-paced tourism industry, where she worked as a snorkel guide, segway guide, ride operator, and more, has instilled in her a "ready-for-anything" attitude and mindset.

Believing in the importance of organisation, Ash is a firm believer in to-do lists and brings that approach to her work. Her love of customer service was fostered in the tourism industry, where she learned to deliver the best every time. Growing up as the second oldest of eight siblings, she is familiar with organized chaos and can handle any challenge that comes her way. Ash’s love for run sheets, anything hands-on, and showing off her creative side make her an excellent asset to our team.

Some interesting facts about : When not working on events, Ash enjoys downtime and getting lost in a good book. Ash’s meal of choice is a good steak but also loves a homemade chicken pasta bake. When you ask Ash where her favourite place is, she quickly responds the beach.

Hannah Cockerill | Chief of Staff

Hannah is our English Rose on some days and our British Bulldog on others, but you can rest assured that the one thing that Hannah embraces every day is her love for customer service and a drive to deliver results.   

Armed with an impressive background in hospitality and events at major international brands, Hannah’s role as Chief of Staff is to be the advocate for our clients and the glue within our team as we work together to deliver seamless and inspirational results for clients and the community at large. There is almost nothing that Hannah won’t turn her hand to, making her the perfect leader within an organisation that never rests on its laurels.  

Originally from the UK, Hannah has spent last 14 years living in Australia. She first moved to Airlie Beach and then made the glorious trek down to the Sunshine Coast.    

Some interesting facts about Hannah: When Hannah isn't running the office she is a busy mum to a 12 year old son.  She enjoys the beach and socialising with friends and family. Her favourite food is lasagne and the best place she has ever visited is Kos, Greece.  

Izzy Major | Events & Marketing Coordinator

The newest member of the White House International team, Izzy is a star on the rise. With an exceptional work ethic and can do attitude, Izzy’s background and experience all contribute to the exceptional work she puts out on a daily basis.

After growing up on the Sunshine Coast, Izzy made the move to the USA to study a degree in Hospitality Administration with an emphasis in Tourism and Event Management at Arkansas Tech University. A whiz in the world of events, Izzy is also impressive on the tennis court, earning a tennis scholarship to study at Arkansas Tech. After four years abroad Izzy returned home to complete her degree, the final piece of the puzzle being to complete a 400 hour internship which she did so at White House International.

A strong believer in the power of events to impact a persons emotions or outlook, Izzy loves to see guests leaving an event feeling inspired and uplifted. Izzy’s creative flair also shines through when putting the finishing touches on the theming of an event, from a perfectly placed candle to a colour coordinated presentation, attention to detail is never overlooked.

When she isn’t planning spectacular events Izzy can be found at the beach, getting her sweat on at the gym or playing with her new Ragdoll kitten, Winston.

Some interesting facts about Izzy: Izzy can’t look past a falafel wrap, often a staple in her work lunch box. Her favourite place on the Sunshine Coast is Point Cartwright and her favourite TV show is Schitt’s Creek.
